Dr Leith Campbell

Leith is a technical advisor to regulators and operators with more than 30 years’ telecoms research and development experience and 10 years of consultancy experience. In both commercial and academic roles, Leith oversaw research and development of telecommunications technologies for fixed and mobile networks; and contributed to Telstra’s technology strategy in a number of areas. In recent years he has managed a wide range of consulting assignments but with a special emphasis on telecommunications model building and economic costing.

Prior to working with Incyte Consulting, Leith was with Ovum; the Australian Telecommunications Cooperative Research Centre; and Telstra Research Labs.

Leith has a PhD and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Adelaide and is an Honorary Fellow in the Melbourne School of Engineering at the University of Melbourne.
