Incyte Directors David Rogerson and Harm Aben have contributed economic analysis to a STUDY ON REGULATORY INCENTIVES FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF VERY HIGH CAPACITY NETWORKS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE REVISION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION’S ACCESS RECOMMENDATIONS. The project, which was led by the Lithuanian consultancy Visionary Analytics.
